Designed with cutting-edge IGBT and MOSFET inverter soft-switching control, these systems automatically track frequency changes and provide precise power and current regulation.

With a compact footprint comparable to a fax machine, these furnaces enable ultra-fast heating and quenching of small, delicate components—capable of heating metal thicknesses as thin as 0.1mm with excellent repeatability and stability. Their robust 24/7 continuous operation capability ensures reliability in demanding industrial and laboratory applications such as hardening, brazing, welding, and metal forming.

Featuring modular design for easy installation and maintenance, full digital parameter displays, and enhanced safety with low voltage outputs and no open flames, our induction heating equipment replaces traditional gas, coal, oil, and electron tube heating methods—offering superior energy efficiency (>95%) and environmentally friendly operation.
