Shaft Furnace for Vertical Heat Treatment
GWDLTHERMO shaft furnace is designed for vertical heat treatment of rods, tubes, and long components in lab-scale or pilot-scale applications. The top-loading structure and deep heating chamber allow for easy vertical placement and uniform temperature coverage.
Compact, customizable, and highly stable, this shaft furnace is widely used in research institutes, materials labs, and tool development workflows.
The furnace body is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean; the air-cooled double-layer structure keeps the shell ≤45℃, and the three-layer insulation saves more than 80% energy. Top-opening design, with 50-segment programmable intelligent temperature controller and dual-loop protection.
Molybdenum disilicide rods for surrounding heating, paired with K-type thermocouple for temperature measurement (0-1350℃); heating rate adjustable from 1℃/h to 20℃/min; adopts top-opening design and double-layer furnace body, with high-purity alumina fiberboard for fire protection.
Top-opening well-type electric furnace: 1250℃ controllable high temperature, ±1℃ control accuracy. Silicon carbide rods for bilateral heating, air-cooled cooling. Supports 50-segment program control, with RS485/USB interfaces. Suitable for material sintering and industrial heat treatment.
1200℃ stable operation, with silicon carbide/molybdenum disilicide rods for surrounding heating. Features dual-loop safety protection, furnace body temperature ≤45℃, and RS485/USB interfaces. Suitable for material sintering and industrial high-temperature treatment scenarios.
Small vacuum atmosphere well-type furnace: 1250℃ high temperature controllable, 50-segment program temperature control + bilateral silicon carbide rod heating, furnace body ≤45℃ air-cooled, suitable for oxygen-free heat treatment experiments of ceramics and electronic materials.
