Thermal shock furnaces are designed to evaluate the resistance of materials to rapid temperature changes. By exposing samples to repeated cycles of fast heating and cooling, the system simulates extreme thermal stress conditions and helps assess material durability and crack resistance.

Our thermal shock furnaces feature precise temperature control and programmable heating/cooling profiles, supporting maximum temperatures up to 1600°C. The chamber can be configured for vertical lift, rapid door operation, or dual-chamber cycling between hot and cold zones.

Commonly used for ceramics, quartz glass, refractories, and composites, this system supports both international test standards and flexible research protocols. It is ideal for materials development labs, quality control testing, and academic research in thermal reliability.

Optional configurations include data logging, temperature feedback systems, and custom sample holders.
