The vacuum pit furnace features a deep vertical chamber for upright loading of shafts, tubes, and long components. It offers excellent vacuum integrity and supports protective atmospheres like argon, nitrogen, and hydrogen.

Widely used in alloy annealing, sintering of soft magnetic components, vacuum debinding of ceramic parts, and densification of metal powders. Especially suitable for long or vertical parts requiring strict control over temperature and atmosphere.

Corundum-mullite shielding plates enhance both mechanical protection and thermal convection.

Molybdenum disilicide rods for surrounding heating, paired with K-type thermocouple for temperature measurement (0-1350℃); heating rate adjustable from 1℃/h to 20℃/min; adopts top-opening design and double-layer furnace body, with high-purity alumina fiberboard for fire protection.

It integrates temperature control, vacuum furnace chamber, gas circuit and other systems. It is suitable for hydrogen atmosphere heat treatment of tungsten and molybdenum materials, as well as sintering and melting of ceramics, metals and other materials.

Maximum operating temperature 1250℃, long-term operating temperature 1200℃, temperature control accuracy ±1℃, suitable for high-temperature treatment of various materials, compatible with 220V/380V.

Temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, supporting multi-segment programmable temperature control. It is compatible with various atmospheres such as hydrogen and nitrogen. With a double-layer furnace shell combined with air cooling and water cooling, the furnace body temperature is ≤45℃.
