  • As shown in the figure, the GWL-ZQJ series 1200℃ vacuum atmosphere well-type electric furnace integrates a temperature control system, vacuum metal furnace chamber, vacuum pump, gas circuit, pressure protection, gas flow control, positive and negative pressure display, and water circulation pump. The water circulation tank is separate from the furnace body. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material. 
  • It adopts high-temperature U-shaped equal-diameter silicon carbide rods as heating elements. It is a special equipment specially developed for laboratories of colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other chemical and compound materials.
  • The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, control power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltage and current meters, computer interface, water pump switch, vacuum pump switch, gas flow meter, positive and negative pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, and valves, allowing real-time monitoring of the system's working status. The product uses reliable integrated circuits, ensuring a good working environment and anti-interference performance. During operation, the temperature of the furnace body shell is ≤40℃, which greatly improves the working environment. It features microcomputer program control, programmable curves, automatic heating/cooling, and allows modification of temperature control parameters and programs during operation, making it flexible, convenient, and easy to operate.
  •  Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃ without overshoot; constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃. It has a fast heating rate, with a heating rate of ≤45℃/min. 
  • The furnace chamber material is vacuum-formed alumina lightweight material, which can withstand high temperatures, has low heat storage, resists rapid heating and cooling, does not crack or shed slag, and has good thermal insulation performance. It has a reasonable structure with inner and outer double furnace sleeves and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test cycle.

Pressure ProtectionTo prevent dangers caused by closed or blocked exhaust ports and excessive furnace pressure, this system works as follows: Signals from an electric contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor drive the control module to close the electromagnetic intake valve, start the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm, release pressure through the exhaust port, and trigger an audible and visual alarm buzzer, thus protecting the normal operation of the electric furnace.
Gas Leak AlarmPrevents leaks based on the atmosphere used. Function: When the gas leak alarm detects that the content of toxic or dangerous gases in the (indoor) air exceeds a certain value, it drives the module to shut down the electric furnace and gas source intake, open the exhaust port and ventilation, etc., to achieve a safer working environment. ControlUses closed-loop thyristor module trigger control (phase-shift trigger or zero-crossing trigger mode). Output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable with constant voltage, current, or power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When the load is suddenly applied or exceeds the current limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated range to ensure normal operation of the output and regulator. The voltage loop also participates in regulation to maintain stable output current and voltage within the rated range, thus protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact and ensuring safe, reliable control and precision.
