GWDL-SS Series 1600℃ Fully Automatic Lifting Furnace is designed for laboratories, research institutes, universities, and industrial facilities. It supports high-precision sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metals, glass, chemicals, refractory materials, special alloys, and new materials.
The furnace features a separate control panel with touchscreen interface, intelligent temperature controller, and PLC-based full automation. The furnace body uses high-purity vacuum-formed alumina fiber lightweight boards, ensuring excellent insulation, thermal stability, and energy efficiency.

1. High-Precision Temperature Control
Thermocouple: Platinum-Rhodium B, 0–1820℃.
Temperature Accuracy: ±1℃; uniformity ±1℃.
Programmable Curves: 30 segments per curve (customizable to 50), adjustable during operation.
Closed-loop SCR Control: Continuous adjustment of voltage, current, or power; internal current loop and external voltage loop for safety and precision.
2. Fully Automatic Lifting Platform
Platform Movement: PLC-controlled hydraulic lift; in/out travel via stepless motor + lead screw guidance.
Precision & Stability: Optical isolation sensors for position feedback; speed adjustable; load capacity up to 1000 kg (customizable).
Sealing Design: Stepwise interlocking refractory interface between platform and furnace mouth; high durability.
3. High-Temperature Heating
Heating Elements: U-shaped SiMo rods (max surface 1860℃) on four sides + bottom heating.
Oxidation Resistance: In air, surface forms a protective bright glassy layer, ensuring long service life and stable resistance.
Insulation: Three layers – high-alumina fiber, alumina fiber board, imported fiber board; energy saving ≥80% vs traditional furnaces.
External Shell Temperature: ≤45℃ during 20 days continuous operation.
6. Advanced Control & Remote Monitoring
Touchscreen Interface & PLC: Centralized operation of lift, travel, heating, start/stop, voltage, current monitoring.
RS485 Communication: Up to 1000m; full remote monitoring and curve management via computer.
Data Logging: Real-time display of temperature, segment number, segment time, remaining time, power %, voltage, current; historical data storage and report generation with selectable intervals (1s–1h).
