- Dimensions of platform and base shall not exceed 1200 mm × 800 mm
- The central area of the platform with a diameter of 400 mm is the load-bearing surface
- No descent is allowed within 48 hours after lifting
- Small hydraulic cylinders must be capable of controlling both lifting and lowering speeds
- Speed adjustment range: 1 cm/min to 1 cm/h
- Small cylinder stroke: 100 mm
- Load capacity: 50 kg
- Used separately from the lifting platform
- Control requirement: automatic lifting upon power-on
II. Lifting Platform for High-Temperature Elevating Electric Furnace:
- Platform dimensions: 1300 mm × 500 mm (dual hydraulic cylinders)
- Minimum height: 230 mm
- Lifting height: 1030 mm
- Stroke: 800 mm
- Load capacity: 1.5 T
III. The electrical design of the lifting platform shall comply with the GWL series high-temperature furnace specifications and national regulations, and can be effectively controlled according to the needs of the high-temperature furnace.
