The 1700°C CVD tube furnace has been fully installed and passed comprehensive system debugging. It is now ready for shipment.
This equipment is widely used for heat treatment experiments in fields such as ceramics, metallurgy, chemical engineering, machinery, and new material development.
Key Features:Sealing & Structure: Equipped with a KF double O-ring sealed 304 stainless steel flange. The furnace chamber has an inner diameter of φ100 × 300 mm, and the furnace tube is made of high-purity 99 alumina ceramic. Temperature uniformity is maintained within ±1°C.
Control System: Features a 7-inch touch screen interface, supporting programmable 50-segment curve settings. Offers PID-controlled automatic heating, holding, and cooling processes for convenient and precise operation.
Heating Design: Heating elements are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the furnace tube, ensuring a stable temperature field. The outer surface temperature of the furnace body remains ≤45°C for enhanced safety.
Thermal Insulation & Efficiency: Utilizes a double-layer air cooling structure combined with imported refractory materials, ensuring excellent thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and operational safety.
Safety Systems: Incorporates dual-circuit protection and a pressure safety control system. In the event of abnormal exhaust from the furnace tube, the system will automatically shut off gas inlet, activate exhaust, and trigger an alarm.
Vacuum & Gas Compatibility: Equipped with a dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump, offering a pumping speed of 2 L/s and an ultimate vacuum level of -0.1 MPa. Supports the introduction of various gases including oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen.
Versatility: The scientifically designed, stable, and flexible structure makes it suitable for a wide range of complex atmosphere and vacuum heat treatment processes—making it an ideal choice for precision experiments and technology transfer.
