1000℃ Three-zone Rotating Tube Electric Furnace

The 1000°C three-zone rotary furnace is specially designed for high-temperature processes, suitable for scientific research and industrial applications such as powder calcination, material synthesis, and catalyst preparation.

The furnace tube is made of 310S stainless steel, with a working size of diameter D300mm and length 4000mm. With external dimensions of 6×1.5×1.9 meters and equipped with a screw feeding system featuring an anti-jamming design, it ensures safe and efficient operation. The temperature control curve is clear, allowing real-time monitoring of operational status.  

 
Controlled via PLC, the furnace offers one-touch tilting and lifting of the furnace body for quick loading and unloading of materials, minimizing exposure to high temperatures.
