Product Overview

The GWDL Series is a split-type, intelligent high-frequency induction heating system designed for demanding industrial heating applications. Powered by dual-regulated IGBT/MOSFET frequency and power control, the system ensures automatic frequency tracking, precise temperature control, and 100% continuous duty operation.

Its modular (split) configuration separates the power supply unit and heating unit, allowing flexible installation, easier maintenance, and higher adaptability to various process layouts.

Working Principle

  • Electromagnetic Induction:
    High-frequency alternating current generates an oscillating magnetic field via the inductor.
    Conductive metal parts within this field produce eddy currents, generating heat internally and rapidly.
  • Dual-Regulated Control:
    The system automatically adjusts both frequency (30–80 kHz) and power output to track load changes in real time, ensuring thermal stability even under fluctuating working conditions.
  • Split-Type Advantage:
    Separates the control/power module from the heating head, minimizing electromagnetic interference and reducing space requirements at the work site.
