Electrical Control System: Enabling Automatic Control
The system integrates a touch screen and PLC control, featuring temperature controller PID regulation, power regulator control, and programmable multi-segment temperature control curves, realizing unattended operation (fully automatic heating, heat preservation, and cooling).
- Control Configuration: Adopts Siemens S7-1200 PLC + 10-inch touch screen for combined control; the control cabinet uses Yingjie electrical cabinets.
- Parameter Management: All technical parameters can be set on the touch screen. It allows querying historical curves of the device’s voltage, current, power, temperature, etc., from the past month, and displays production parameters, machine working status, and fault points.
- Communication Capability: The device is reserved with an Ethernet communication interface to communicate with the upper computer, supporting dual-network card communication across different network segments. For remote reading of device operation status data, the supplier will provide necessary assistance.
- Safety Control: An emergency stop button is installed at the main operating platform, with control modes including local control and remote control.
- Operation Flexibility: The touch screen enables control, display, and adjustment of key parameters and length metrics. Common controls are equipped with external buttons, including a manual step-skip button, which allows manually skipping a step if the program gets stuck due to device abnormalities.
- Data Recording & Export: Real-time and set temperature curves can be viewed easily; data on set and actual temperature, power, current, and voltage can be saved and exported for up to 3 months.
- Motor Energy Efficiency: Class 1 energy efficiency.
- Low-Voltage Electrical Components: Schneider brand (including circuit breakers, contactors, buttons).
