1. Product Overview

The AI-3270S/3270W/3270Y/3290S/3290W/3290Y multi-functional configurable true-color human-machine interface touch screen, with a low-power CPU as the core, inherits Yudian's classic low-power and high-reliability design concept. It embeds a powerful, flexible, and efficient Yudian HMI configuration software, supporting not only connection to Yudian's rich AI series instruments but also mainstream brand intelligent instruments, PLCs, inverters, etc. It can be widely used in various industrial, scientific research, and civil fields.

2. Functional Features

  1. 800×480 resolution wide-screen display with clear and delicate images, providing operators with a comfortable visual experience.
  2. Adopts a long-life LED backlight, resulting in low energy consumption, long service life of the touch screen, high screen brightness, uniform color, and stronger expressiveness.
  3. Multiple communication modes, equipped with 2 serial ports (RS232 and RS485) and 2 USB ports; AI-3270W/3290W is also configured with a 10/100M adaptive Ethernet interface.
  4. Through the USB interface, recorded data can be easily stored in a USB flash drive; a mouse can be used to operate the touch screen, and even a barcode scanner and other devices can be connected for input.
  5. After AI-3270W/3290W is connected to the network via the Ethernet port, multiple computers in the same local area network can connect simultaneously via a browser to realize display and operation on the computer side.
  6. Equipped with an HMI configuration application. The configuration development environment is a visual and "foolproof" integrated development environment, making configuration convenient. The system comes with a rich object library and graphics, supports custom graphics, and allows importing images in formats such as BMP, JPG, and GIF, enabling free creation of various industrial interfaces. It also has rich animation connection methods (e.g., flickering, filling, moving) to make the interface vivid and intuitive.
