GWDL-SF High-Temperature Resistant Screw Feeder

The high-temperature resistant screw conveyor is optimized for conveying high-temperature materials ≤950℃. Its main body is made of high-temperature stainless steel and ceramic structures, the screw blades are made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel, and the bearings are high-temperature resistant or ceramic ones. The chain transmission between the drive and the main machine reduces heat transfer, ensuring long-term stable operation in high-temperature environments.

The GWL-SF high-temperature resistant screw conveyor is an improved version of the tubular screw conveyor, suitable for conveying high-temperature materials with a temperature typically below 950°C. The main body of the conveyor adopts a design combining high-temperature stainless steel and ceramic structures; the screw blades are made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel; the bearings use high-temperature resistant bearings or ceramic bearings; and the drive unit is connected to the main machine via chain/gear transmission to reduce heat transfer. These features ensure the conveyor can operate reliably in high-temperature material environments for long periods.

Design Principles:

  1. The outer tube of the conveyor is made of thick-walled seamless high-temperature resistant stainless steel pipe to ensure sufficient strength.
  2. The screw blades are made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel to guarantee wear resistance, strength, and service life under high temperatures.
  3. Bearings are high-temperature resistant bearings or ceramic bearings.
  4. The drive unit is separated from the main machine, and chain transmission is used to reduce heat transfer, ensuring the normal operation of the motor.
