Overview
The Small-Scale VOC Exhaust Gas Purification Furnace is designed for low air volume, high VOC concentration applications.
It is widely used in printing, coating, adhesive, and cleaning processes, as well as in laboratories and small-scale industrial production lines.
The system ensures high purification efficiency (≥95%) while maintaining compact structure, making it suitable for flexible integration with other furnaces such as debinding, drying, or sintering furnaces.

Working Principle
Organic exhaust gases are heated above 760℃ to oxidize VOCs into CO₂ and H₂O.
The high-temperature gases pass through ceramic regenerative chambers, storing and reusing heat to preheat incoming exhaust, significantly reducing energy consumption.
With a multi-chamber design, the system alternates between heating, releasing, and purging phases, ensuring continuous and stable VOC removal efficiency >98%.
