Product Overview
The VOC Exhaust Gas Purification Furnace (RTO system) is designed for the oxidation and purification of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in industrial exhaust gases. With a maximum temperature of 1000℃ and standard operation at 750℃, the system ensures 95–99% purification efficiency and up to 95% heat recovery efficiency.
It is widely used in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical, printing, coatings, adhesives, packaging, and new materials industries, where VOC emissions must be strictly controlled.
Working Principle
Organic exhaust gas is heated to 760℃ or above, oxidizing VOCs into CO₂ and H₂O. The high-temperature gas flows through a ceramic regenerator, which stores heat and preheats the incoming exhaust stream, thereby reducing energy consumption.
The system adopts a multi-chamber regenerative design (≥3 chambers):
Chambers operate in cycles of heating → heat release → purge, ensuring continuous operation.
Purge air prevents unoxidized VOCs from escaping, keeping the VOC removal efficiency above 98–99%.
