Product Overview

The GDWL-XLS Series box-type furnace is a robust, industrial-grade electric furnace designed for heat treatment processes such as quenching, annealing, tempering, and stress relief of steel and alloy components.
Its integrated furnace chamber and door are designed as one unit, with an electric top-opening lid that allows for adjustable height control and secure locking. The motor-driven loading platform makes charging and discharging safe, accurate, and automated.

This furnace is ideal for use in precision heat treatment lines, especially where uniformity, speed, and safety are critical—such as in quenching and annealing of gears, shafts, molds, and tools.

Equipped with a top-mounted circulation unit featuring a 0.75 kW motor and a 10.5-inch 310S stainless steel centrifugal fan. Fan speed is steplessly adjustable via frequency inverter and can be linked with PLC control for temperature curve–based operation. Optional fan configurations are available.
