GWDLTHERMO frit melting furnaces are designed for high-temperature melting and solidification of glass-based or ceramic materials used in fit production. These furnaces provide precise thermal control for melting raw materials such as silica, borates, alumina, and metal oxides,forming homogeneous glass fits or ceramic binder blocks.
 

Depending on application requirements, the furnace can be configured with:

  • Top-loading or bottom-pouring structure
     
  • Manual or automatic tilting for discharge
     
  • Crucible options including fused silica, alumina, or platinum-lined ceramics
     
  • Protective atmosphere sealing to prevent oxidation during melting
     
  • Integrated stirring mechanisms for improved material uniformity

Furnace lining: vacuum-formed high-purity alumina poly-light material. High-temp electric heating elements. Control panel with intelligent temp controller, voltage/current meters, computer interface, observation port. Supports in-operation program curve modification.

Furnace body with mirror baking paint (anti-corrosion), air-cooled double-layer structure (outer shell ≤45℃). Three-layer insulation (high-purity alumina). Imported 1800-grade molybdenum disilicide rods, Pt-Rh B thermocouple. Dual-loop protection, integrated control. Lifting cart for easy crucible retrieval.

The equipment is constructed with high-grade refractory bricks and insulating materials, supporting resistance, gas, or induction heating. Its compact integrated structure combines the melting chamber and stirring device to ensure melt uniformity, with strong temperature stability.

Furnace body: CNC-machined with anti-corrosion coating, air-cooled double-layer vacuum-sealed structure (outer shell ≤45℃). Imported U-shaped silicon carbide rods for surrounding heating, K-type thermocouple. Two-stage vacuum pump, axial side door with handwheel lock. Multi-port gas control,.
