GWDLTHERMO frit melting furnaces are designed for high-temperature melting and solidification of glass-based or ceramic materials used in fit production. These furnaces provide precise thermal control for melting raw materials such as silica, borates, alumina, and metal oxides,forming homogeneous glass fits or ceramic binder blocks.

Heating is achieved via silicon carbide rods surrounding the upper and lower furnace chambers. Temperature is measured using a K-type thermocouple, and the furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina. It features a double-layer air-cooled outer shell with a surface temperature ≤45°C.
Furnace body: anti-corrosion painted, air-cooled shell (≤45℃), imported corrosion-resistant chamber material. Optional 1.6-17L high-purity zirconium quartz crucible, molybdenum disilicide rod heating, XY-axis movable molds. Computer interface, dual-loop protection, easy and reliable operation.
Power supply: 220V/380V. K-type thermocouple (0-1350℃), SiC rods (heating around crucible). High-purity alumina fiber insulation. Liftable, rotatable stirring bracket with SiC/corundum rod. Double-layer air-cooled shell (≤45℃). Multiple communication interfaces, one-year free warranty.
Furnace: CNC-machined, plastic-sprayed, two-color appearance. Double-layer air-cooled (good heat dissipation). 1600-type SiC rods (surrounding crucible), Pt-Rh S thermocouple (0-1700°C). 1-40°C/min adjustable heating, current-limiting, 380V three-phase, stable operation.
The furnace body adopts an air-cooled design, with the outer shell temperature ≤ 45℃, and the furnace chamber is insulated with high-purity alumina fibers. It is heated by silicon carbide rods around the chamber and equipped with a K-type thermocouple for temperature measurement.
