Featuring multi-segment programming and a top-loading/bottom-discharging design, it is ideal for high-temperature experiments such as frit preparation, ensuring safety and stability.

Product Introduction

  • The GWDL-R series high-temperature furnace, as shown in the figure, integrates the control system and furnace chamber into one. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material.
  • It adopts high-temperature electric heating elements for heating and is specially designed as a dedicated equipment for laboratories in colleges and universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is suitable for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other compound materials.
  • The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, control power switch, main heating start/stop buttons, voltage and current meters, computer interfaces, and observation/inlet ports for real-time monitoring of the system's working status. This product uses reliable integrated circuits, ensuring stable performance in various working environments with strong anti-interference capabilities. The temperature of the furnace shell is ≤45℃ even at the maximum operating temperature, significantly improving the working environment.
  • Featuring microcomputer program control, it supports programmable temperature curves, enabling fully automatic heating/cooling. During operation, temperature control parameters and programs can be modified, offering flexibility and ease of operation.
