Dental Glass-Ceramic Frit Furnace

This frit furnace is specially designed for glass-ceramic dentures. It supports high-temperature feeding and immediate outflow of solutions, with both temperature control accuracy and uniformity reaching ±1℃, and multiple temperature ranges from 1200-1700℃ available. It features programmable full-automatic operation, which is suitable for the precise preparation of denture frits, and is safe and energy-efficient.

  2. User-Friendly Operation:
    • Programmable with PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, and automatic cooling—no need for manual supervision.
    • Optional computer communication function: Enables furnace operation via computer (e.g., starting/stopping the furnace, pausing heating, setting/ storing heating curves, viewing historical curves, etc.). Free software available (see: Computer Control System for details).
  3. Rapid Heating: Adjustable heating rate from 1℃/h to 40℃/min.
  4. Energy Efficiency: Furnace chamber made of glass melt corrosion-resistant lightweight materials.
  5. Crucible Material: High-purity zirconium quartz.
  6. Furnace Body: Finely powder-coated for corrosion and acid/alkali resistance. The furnace body is isolated from the chamber with air cooling, keeping the furnace wall temperature close to room temperature.
  7. Dual-Loop Protection: Safeguards against over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, thermocouple breakage, power failure, etc.
  8. Furnace Chamber Material: Imported refractory materials with excellent insulation, high temperature resistance, and resistance to rapid temperature changes.
