Vacuum atmosphere frit furnace: The furnace chamber and roof are water-cooled. It features a high-purity alumina crucible with top-loading and bottom-discharging design, and is equipped with a 5L heating feeding bin. The vacuum degree can reach -0.098Mpa, making it suitable for melting high-purity materials such as glass. It supports long-term continuous operation without shutdown, and the outer shell temperature is less than 45°C.

The 5L Vacuum Atmosphere Frit Furnace is a specialized high-temperature furnace designed for glass frit melting, ceramic sintering, and advanced material processing under vacuum or controlled atmosphere (inert/reducing gases). It features a 5-liter chamber capacity, making it ideal for lab-scale R&D, small-batch production, and quality control testing.
