As shown in the figure, the automatic constant-pressure vacuum atmosphere hot-press furnace features a split design integrating the control system and the furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material.

  • It adopts molybdenum disilicide rods/silicon carbide rods as heating elements and is a special equipment developed for laboratories of colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, as well as industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering, melting, analysis and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals and other compound materials.
  • The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, control power switch, main heating start/stop buttons, voltage and current meters, computer interface, digital display pressure gauge, flow meter, vacuum gauge, valves, and a touch screen centralized control recorder, facilitating real-time observation of the working status of the system. This product uses reliable integrated circuits, ensuring a good working environment and strong anti-interference performance. The temperature of the furnace shell is ≤ 45℃ even at the maximum temperature, which greatly improves the working environment. It is controlled by a microcomputer program, with programmable curves, enabling automatic heating/cooling. The temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation, making it flexible, convenient and easy to operate.
  • Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃ without overshoot; constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃. The heating speed is fast, with the maximum heating rate ≤ 30℃/min.
  • All furnace chamber materials are made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight materials, which can withstand high temperatures, have small heat storage, resist rapid heating and cooling, without cracking or slag falling, and have excellent thermal insulation performance. It has a reasonable structure with inner and outer double-layer furnace sleeves and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test cycle.
