The 1400℃ Tilting & Rotating Tube Furnace features a recrystallized silicon carbide outer tube, providing superior durability and chemical resistance—ideal for sintering and heat treatment of advanced materials. Its adjustable tilt (0-20°) and variable rotation speed (0-5 rpm) ensure uniform heating and efficient material processing. Equipped with a Siemens PLC-controlled 10-inch touchscreen, it supports multi-segment programmable temperature curves and precise ±1℃ temperature control for advanced manufacturing applications.

  • Heating zones: Three independently controlled temperature zones over a 1300 mm heating length.
  • Intelligent temperature control: Siemens PLC with 10" touchscreen, supports multi-segment programmable curves with PID, APID, or MPT control modes, ensuring ±1℃ accuracy and smooth temperature ramping.
  • High-temperature silicon carbide heating elements: Reliable and efficient heating source.
  • Vacuum sealing: Stainless steel (316L) flanges and magnetic fluid seals on rotating joints for gas-tight operation.
  • Triple-layer insulation: 1200℃ silica-alumina fiberboard, 1400℃ alumina fiberboard, 1700℃ alumina multi-crystal fiberboard for excellent energy saving (>80% better than old furnaces).
  • Cooling system: Dual-layer furnace shell with forced air cooling to maintain furnace surface temperature ≤45℃, improving operator safety.
  • Comprehensive protections: Over-current, over-voltage, phase loss, over-temperature, and soft start protections ensure safe and reliable operation.
