The high-purity powder rotary calcination furnace is designed for continuous calcination and sintering of ceramic, metallurgical, electronic, glass, chemical, refractory, and new material powders. The system adopts a split design of control unit and furnace chamber, ensuring stable operation and ease of maintenance.
The furnace is built with vacuum-formed alumina fiber lightweight insulation board and high-temperature silicon carbide heating elements, offering long service life and high thermal efficiency. It features a touch-screen intelligent control panel with programmable temperature curves, automatic heating/cooling, anti-interference protection, and an outer shell temperature below 45℃ for operator safety.
