Product Overview

The three-zone rotary tube furnace with large-diameter quartz tube is designed for continuous calcination, sintering, and material development in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, refractories, special materials, and construction materials.

The system integrates tilting and rotating functions, ensuring uniform heating and efficient material flow. With independent three-zone temperature control, the furnace provides precise thermal management for powders and bulk materials.

The furnace body adopts dual-layer air-cooled insulation with alumina ceramic fiber boards, keeping the outer shell temperature below 45℃ for safe operation. Advanced PID programmable control with computer interface allows fully automated operation, historical curve storage, and remote monitoring.
