This compact lifting electric furnace is a high-temperature heating device specifically designed for laboratory and small-scale production applications. It features a bottom-opening electric lifting mechanism, precise temperature control within ±1°C, a heating rate of 15°C/min, four-layer insulation, and dual-circuit protection to ensure the exterior temperature remains ≤45°C.

  • Easy to operate with programmable functions, including PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, and automatic cooling. It can be optionally equipped with computer communication to operate the furnace via computer (starting the furnace, stopping the furnace, pausing heating, setting heating curves, storing heating curves, viewing historical curves, etc.).
  • Fast heating (heating rate adjustable from 1℃/h to 15℃/min).
  • Energy-saving (the furnace chamber is made of corundum-mullite material, which is resistant to high temperatures and rapid heating/cooling).
    The furnace body is finely spray-painted, resistant to corrosion and acid-base. The furnace body is isolated from the furnace chamber with air cooling, making the furnace wall temperature close to room temperature.
  • Dual-loop protection (against over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, thermocouple breakage, power failure, etc.).
    The furnace chamber is made of imported refractory materials, featuring good thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to rapid cooling and heating.

Furnace Body StructureThe electric furnace adopts an internationally advanced air-cooled double-layer furnace structure. Effective air-cooled guide partitions enable overall cold air circulation in the furnace shell, which finally cools the conductive plates of the heating elements before being discharged from the furnace body, avoiding high-temperature oxidation of the conductive plates of the heating elements and ensuring a good working environment.

ProtectionAdopts an integrated modular control unit with accurate control precision, and is designed with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection, featuring protection against overshoot, over-regulation, under-regulation, thermocouple breakage, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start.
ControlAdopts closed-loop thyristor module trigger control with phase-shift trigger control or zero-crossing trigger mode. The output voltage, current, or power can be continuously adjusted, with the characteristics of constant voltage, constant current, or constant power. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When a load is suddenly applied or the load current exceeds the current limit value, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range to ensure the normal operation of the output and the voltage regulator. At the same time, the voltage loop also participates in regulation, so that the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range, and the output current and voltage are maintained constant under the premise of sufficient regulation margin. Thus, the heating elements are protected from the impact of excessive current and voltage, achieving safe and reliable control effect and control precision.
