Notes

  • To avoid affecting the service life of the electric furnace, we recommend the maximum heating and cooling rate be 10-20℃/min (excessively fast heating will shorten the service life of heating elements).
  • This electric furnace does not have a vacuum-sealed structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced.
  • After the electric furnace is used for a period of time, tiny cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect use. Meanwhile, it can be repaired with alumina coating.
  • It is not recommended to introduce corrosive gases. If strong corrosive gases such as S, Na need to be introduced, please inform us in advance, and we will perform special treatment on the furnace chamber.
  • Do not let high-temperature solution leak onto the furnace bottom. To avoid this, a pad or alumina powder can be used for isolation.
  • The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place.
