The GWDL-1700SS Series Fully Automatic Elevator Glass Softening Furnace is a precision high-temperature furnace designed for glass softening, annealing, and forming applications. With a maximum operating temperature of 1700℃ and long-term use at 1680℃, it is widely used in glass processing, ceramics, metallurgy, electronic components, new materials, and research institutes.

The furnace is equipped with MoSi₂ heating elements, B-type thermocouples, and advanced PID + PLC control system, ensuring ±1℃ accuracy and uniformity across the chamber. Its electric elevator platform integrates with temperature curves, allowing precise control of lifting speed, dwell time, and process atmosphere.

The furnace body is constructed with vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight insulation, offering low heat storage, fast heating, and excellent thermal shock resistance. With a touchscreen HMI, RS485 communication, and 50 programmable segments, this furnace provides reliable automation, user-friendly operation, and stable performance for demanding high-temperature glass applications.
