Multi-Layer Refractory: Five-layer composite insulation with 1800-type microporous ceramic foam, alumina fiber boards, and zirconia fiber cotton.
Step-Type Sealing: Furnace mouth and platforms have four-layer cross-step refractory bricks.
Energy Efficiency: Minimized heat loss; external shell temperature ≤ ambient +35℃ during continuous operation.
