Product Overview

1700℃ Dual-Platform Lifting Industrial Furnace is designed for high-capacity, continuous industrial production. Featuring two independent loading platforms with hydraulic lifting and electric in/out operation, the furnace allows one platform to be heated inside while the other is loaded, cooled, or unloaded outside, doubling production efficiency.

    • Multi-Layer Refractory: Five-layer composite insulation with 1800-type microporous ceramic foam, alumina fiber boards, and zirconia fiber cotton.
    • Step-Type Sealing: Furnace mouth and platforms have four-layer cross-step refractory bricks.
    • Energy Efficiency: Minimized heat loss; external shell temperature ≤ ambient +35℃ during continuous operation.

Operation Principle

  1. Loading & Heating: One platform is loaded and inserted into the furnace chamber; the other platform can be prepared or unloaded outside.
  2. Lifting & Precise Control: Hydraulic lift raises heavy platforms smoothly while multi-zone heating ensures uniform temperature.
  3. Exhaust & Safety: Alumina exhaust pipes remove gases; integrated control and safety modules ensure stable operation.
  4. Continuous Operation: While one platform cools outside, another undergoes heating, maximizing production efficiency.
