Product Introduction

The GWDL-VSF-SR series 1700℃ vacuum atmosphere elevator furnace is designed for high-precision sintering, melting, and thermal processing of advanced materials. With a split design (separate control system and furnace body) and premium imported insulation materials, the furnace ensures superior stability, efficiency, and reliability under extreme conditions.

Equipped with imported 1800-type SiMo (MoSi₂) heating elements, the furnace achieves rapid heating (up to 40℃/min) and long-term operation at 1700℃. Its vacuum atmosphere capability supports hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, CO, and oxygen atmospheres, with vacuum levels up to -0.1 MPa (customizable down to 1 Pa), making it highly versatile for oxidation-sensitive processes.

The elevator platform with rotation and stirring functions allows homogeneous heating and material mixing inside the chamber. Combined with precise multi-zone temperature control (±1℃ accuracy, ±1℃ uniformity), the system ensures outstanding process repeatability—critical for advanced ceramics, metallurgy, glass, and magnetic materials.

Advanced PID/PLC control with 30–50 programmable segments, RS485 communication, and data storage functions provide full automation and traceability, meeting the requirements of modern research and industrial production.
