  • Separate Design: The control system and furnace chamber are separately configured. The furnace lining uses vacuum-formed alumina fiber lightweight board material.
  • Heating Elements: Options include high-temperature alloy resistance wires (containing molybdenum, with a surface temperature up to 1200°C), silicon carbide rods, or molybdenum disilicide rods, suitable for various high-temperature applications.

Heating ElementsHigh-temperature alloy resistance wire (imported with molybdenum, surface temperature up to 1500°C) or silicon carbide rods are used as heating elements. U-shaped equal-diameter silicon carbide rods, made mainly from high-purity a-SiC, are non-metallic high-temperature electric heating elements. They feature fast heating, high thermal efficiency, long service life, resistance to deformation at high temperatures, easy installation, operation and maintenance, and a maximum temperature of 1500°C.
Cooling PrincipleBuilt-in type (applicable range: room temperature to 1000°C): A high-temperature heat exchange device is used inside the heating chamber. The tube wall of the heat exchange device absorbs heat from the heating chamber, and the absorbed heat is quickly carried out of the heating chamber through the air flow inside the tube, thus achieving the function of rapid program-adjustable cooling without direct cold air blowing into the heating chamber.
External type (applicable range: room temperature to 800°C): The interior of the heating chamber is cooled by an external heat exchanger.
Furnace BodyThe furnace body is processed by CNC machine tools, and manufactured through polishing, grinding, pickling, phosphating, plastic powder spraying, and high-temperature baking. It adopts a two-color design with a novel and attractive appearance, and has the advantages of oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy cleaning. It is of export quality with mirror baking paint.
Furnace StructureThe electric furnace adopts an air-cooled double-layer furnace structure. Effective air-cooled guide partitions enable overall cold air circulation in the furnace shell, which finally cools the conductive sheets of the heating elements before being discharged, avoiding high-temperature oxidation of the conductive sheets and ensuring a good working environment.
Loading Platform In/Out ModeThe loading platform and the furnace chamber are designed separately. The in/out and lifting of the loading platform are controlled by PLC, with centralized control and operation via a touchscreen.
Loading Platform Braking ModeThe in/out and lifting of the loading platform use photoelectric isolation switch sensing signals, which are processed by PLC and controlled by commands from the touchscreen.

Refractory MaterialsThe furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material. Lightweight hollow sphere alumina plates are used in positions that are easy to be hit when taking and placing materials and load-bearing positions (furnace mouth, furnace bottom). They have the advantages of high service temperature, small heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking, no slag dropping, and good thermal insulation performance (energy-saving effect is more than 80% that of old-fashioned electric furnaces).

ProtectionAn integrated module control unit is adopted with accurate control precision. It is designed with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection, featuring protections against overshoot, undershoot, thermocouple breakage, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start.
ControlClosed-loop thyristor module trigger control with phase-shift trigger mode is adopted. The output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable, with the characteristics of constant voltage, constant current, or constant power. The current loop is the inner loop, and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When a sudden load is applied or the load current exceeds the current limit value, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range to ensure the normal operation of the output and the voltage regulator. At the same time, the voltage loop also participates in the regulation, so that the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range, and the output current and voltage are maintained constant under the premise of sufficient regulation margin. This protects the heating elements from the impact of excessive current and voltage, achieving safe and reliable control effect and control precision.

The computer screen displays rich content, including measured value, given value, output value, segment time, segment number, heating curve, and power percentage curve. The heating curve can be stored via the computer, and the stored heating curve can be called arbitrarily, and the given value and common parameters can be modified. Notes

1. To avoid affecting the service life of the electric furnace, we recommend a maximum heating and cooling rate of 10-20°C/min (excessively fast heating will shorten the service life of the heating elements).

2. This electric furnace has no vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced.

3. After using this electric furnace for a period of time, small cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect use. It can be repaired with an alumina coating.

4. It is not recommended to introduce corrosive gases. If strong corrosive gases such as S, Na, etc. need to be introduced, please inform us in advance, and we will carry out special treatment on the furnace chamber.

5. Do not let high-temperature solutions leak onto the furnace bottom. To avoid this, a pad or alumina powder can be used for isolation.

6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and non-humid place.
