Compared to standard front-loading box furnaces, elevator-type laboratory furnaces offer improved sample handling, better temperature uniformity, and enhanced atmosphere sealing. Their bottom-loading design makes them especially suitable for high-temperature sintering of fragile ceramics, heavy crucibles, or samples requiring vacuum or inert gas protection.

Clean and dust-free atmosphere lifting heating furnace with precise temperature control up to 800℃. It features a stainless steel inner tank for anti-pollution, over-temperature protection, and is suitable for clean high-temperature processing of electronics and new materials.

The equipment is equipped with a loading table featuring lead screw lifting and optical axis guiding, with adjustable rotation and stirring functions. It adopts three-layer thermal insulation and air-cooling for temperature reduction, keeping the shell temperature ≤45℃. It supports 30-segment program temperature control and RS485 remote operation, with durable buttons equipped with indicator lights.

Lifting furnace: temperature control system + chamber, 1200-1700℃ adjustable, ±1℃ control accuracy/uniformity. PLC touch screen controls lifting/entry-exit of loading platform, dual lead screws for emergency manual lowering. Three-layer insulation (80% energy saving), shell ≤45℃.

Furnace body: anti-corrosion coated, double-layer air-cooled shell (≤45℃), high-purity refractory fiber chamber. 1-10 tons lead screw lifting platform, 1-40℃/min adjustable heating. Equipped with temp elements, heaters; optional stirrer. Safe, durable for diverse high-temp experiments.

It adopts 220V/380V power supply, with platinum-rhodium S-type thermocouple for temperature measurement (0-1700℃) and silicon carbide rods for vertical heating on both sides. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina zirconium-containing fiber, with a double-layer air-cooled shell (temperature ≤45℃).
