II. Features The furnace chamber is openable.
- Control Accuracy: ±1℃; Furnace Temperature Uniformity: ±1℃ (depending on the size of the heating chamber).
- Easy Operation: Programmable with PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, and automatic cooling—no attendance required. An optional computer communication function is available, allowing furnace operation via a computer (e.g., starting/stopping the furnace, pausing heating, setting heating curves, storing heating curves, viewing historical curves, etc.). - The furnace tube is made of quartz glass.
- Pure titanium metal flange sealing (double rubber rings).
- The furnace body temperature is close to room temperature.
