  • Refractory material: Lining made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material. High-temperature alumina hollow ball boards are used in high-contact areas (furnace mouth and base), offering high-temperature resistance, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance, and insulation (80%+ energy savings compared to traditional furnaces).
  • Insulation material: Triple-layer insulation—aluminum silicate fiberboard, alumina fiberboard, and alumina (polycrystalline) fiberboard—providing 80%+ energy savings over traditional furnaces.
  • External furnace temperature: Continuous operation without shutdown, surface temperature <45°C.
