  • Furnace Body: Tiltable, the furnace body is processed by CNC machine tools, and made through polishing, grinding, acid washing, phosphating, plastic powder spraying, and high-temperature baking. It features a dual-color design, offering a novel and aesthetically pleasing appearance, with advantages such as oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and easy cleaning.
  • Multi-curve Input: 30-segment program control function, allowing input settings: one curve with 30 segments, two curves with 14 segments each, three curves with 9 segments each, or five curves with 5 segments each. Multiple curves can be input simultaneously and arbitrarily recalled during use.
  • Temperature Curve Setting: Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, featuring standard PID, artificial intelligence adjustment (APID or MPT), and other regulation methods. It has self-tuning and self-learning functions, with excellent control characteristics such as no overshoot or undershoot. The 30-segment program control function enables arbitrary slope heating and cooling control, with programmable/operable commands like jump (loop), run, pause, and stop. Programs can be modified during operation. The AI adjustment algorithm with curve-fitting capability ensures smooth and stable curve control.
  • Protection: Integrated modular control unit ensures precise control accuracy, with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection. It includes protections against overshoot, undershoot, segment mismatch, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft-start.
  • Control: Closed-loop thyristor module trigger control is adopted, using phase-shift trigger or zero-crossing trigger methods. Output voltage, current, or power can be continuously adjusted, with constant voltage, constant current, or constant power characteristics. The current loop serves as the inner loop, while the voltage loop acts as the outer loop. When the load is suddenly applied or the load current exceeds the limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is restricted within the rated range to ensure normal operation. The voltage loop also participates in regulation, maintaining the output current and voltage stability within the rated range, protecting heating elements from excessive current or voltage impact, ensuring safe, reliable control and precision.
  • Refractory Material: The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material. Areas prone to contact during material handling and load-bearing positions (furnace mouth, furnace bottom) use lightweight hollow alumina balls. It features high operating temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking, no slagging, and excellent insulation (energy efficiency is over 80% compared to traditional electric furnaces).
  • Insulation Material: Three-layer insulation, consisting of aluminum silicate fiberboard, alumina fiberboard, and alumina (polycrystalline) fiberboard.
  • Warranty Coverage and Duration: The electric furnace is under free warranty for one year. Heating elements and furnace tubes are not covered (natural damage to heating elements within three months will be replaced free of charge).
  • Included Accessories: Two heating elements, two sets of tools, one instruction manual, one certificate of compliance, one pair of crucible tongs, one pair of high-temperature gloves, one dedicated crucible for tube furnaces, and two sealing rings.
