Product Description

The graphene production furnace is a large-scale multi-zone tube furnace with an opening design, widely used for research and production in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, refractory materials, new materials, and graphene thermal treatment.

It adopts quartz glass tube or stainless steel tube, multi-zone heating (up to 16 zones), and features ±1℃ accuracy, high uniformity, and programmable temperature control.
The furnace supports vacuum (-0.1 MPa) and multiple protective gases (O₂, N₂, Ar, H₂), making it ideal for graphene synthesis, sintering, annealing, and thermal decomposition.
