    Automatically prevents hazards from blocked/closed exhaust ports or excessive furnace pressure. When detected (via pressure sensor or contact gauge), the system:1. Closes the intake valve. 2. Activates exhaust valve & alarm. 3. Ensures safe furnace operation.
  • Gas Leak Safety Protection: Real-time monitoring with automatic shutdown, exhaust activation, and ventilation if hazardous gas levels exceed safety thresholds
  • Furnace Lining is constructed from vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material (reinforced with alumina hollow ball boards at impact zones—mouth/base) for extreme heat resistance, minimal heat storage, and thermal shock durability (no cracking/spalling).
  • Dual shell ventilated housing made of carbon steel for low surface temperature(<45℃) and high stability
  • Safety Feature: Main heating circuit disconnects automatically when the door opens at high temperatures.
  • By integrating PID control with SCR technology, precise temperature control with comprehensive safety protection.
  • 50-Segment Temperature Control Program Settings:1 curve = 50 segments;2 curves = 28 segments/curve; 3 curves = 15 segments/curve; 5 curves = 9 segments/curve.
