The GWDL-1100KQGA large opening multi-zone tube furnace is designed for high-precision heat treatment, sintering, and material processing at up to 1100℃.
It adopts a stainless steel tube (2000mm length, 159mm diameter heating chamber), with multi-layer alumina insulation, ensuring excellent thermal stability and uniformity.
The furnace supports programmable PID control, up to 30 heating segments, and features dual-loop protection for reliable operation. With an opening chamber design, it allows convenient loading/unloading and is widely used in ceramics, metallurgy, new materials, electronic components, and laboratory testing.
