Furnace StructureThe electric furnace has a three-layer outer shell and adopts an air-cooled double-layer structure. Effective air-cooled guide baffles enable overall cold air circulation in the shell, which cools the conductive sheets of heating elements before being discharged, preventing their high-temperature oxidation and ensuring a good working environment.
Rotation of Loading PlatformThis lifting furnace can be equipped with a power conversion joint, with rotation speed adjustable via an external speed-regulating motor.

The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop; when a sudden load is applied or load current exceeds the limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated range to ensure normal operation. The voltage loop also participates in regulation to maintain constant output current and voltage within the rated range, protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact and ensuring safe, reliable control and precision.

Notes

1. To avoid affecting the service life of the electric furnace, we recommend a heating and cooling rate of 10-20°C/min (excessively fast heating at high temperatures will shorten the service life of the heating elements).

2. After using this lifting furnace for a period of time, small cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect use. It can be repaired with an alumina coating.

3. It is not recommended to pass corrosive gases. If strong corrosive gases such as S, Na, etc. need to be introduced, please inform us in advance, and we will carry out special treatment on the furnace chamber.

4. Do not let high-temperature solutions leak onto the furnace bottom. To avoid this, a pad or alumina powder can be used for isolation.

5. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and non-humid place.

Shipping Information

1. The electric furnace is packaged in three layers: wrapped with sponge paper, then wrapped with plastic film, and then packed in a wooden box.

2. Free door-to-door delivery in China (free delivery within urban areas).

3. We will be responsible for any damage to the electric furnace during transportation.

4. Logistics methods: transportation by car, railway, ship (for foreign trade export), air freight (for foreign trade export). For shorter distances, our company will send a special vehicle for transportation (packaged with wooden pallets and cartons).
