Overview

  • The vacuum annealing furnace is mainly used for the vacuum annealing process of alloy materials or non-metallic materials. It is a horizontal double-chamber vacuum heating furnace, with its vacuum system and electrical control system designed in a "one-drive-two" configuration. The two furnace bodies are heated alternately at staggered times, which effectively utilizes non-heating periods and improves production efficiency.
  • The furnace consists of two horizontal main units (single-chamber), a heating power supply system, a vacuum system, a water-cooling system, a pneumatic system, a gas-filling system, and an electrical control system. This product features a compact structure, easy operation, and high automation. It is equipped with reliable fully automatic control, monitoring, tracking, and self-protection functions.
  • The vacuum system and water-cooling system adopt a dual-system design. If one system fails, the other system can still ensure the operation of the vacuum annealing furnace, thus guaranteeing equipment reliability.A backup power interface is provided for the normal operation of the refrigeration unit in emergency situations.
  • The operation process is fully automatically controlled according to process parameters (temperature, vacuum degree, process time). Users can call up, edit, and store process parameter curves and data. The furnace is equipped with safety interlock protection, fault self-diagnosis, and alarm functions.
  • The design, manufacturing, testing, and inspection of the vacuum annealing furnace comply with GB/T 10067.47-2014. For electrical standard requirements, please refer to the Technical Agreement for the Electrical Control System of Vacuum Annealing Furnace.
