Basic Parameters

The GWDL-ZQLB series vacuum atmosphere box furnace integrates a complete temperature control system, vacuum chamber, vacuum pump, gas delivery system, pressure protection, gas flow control, pressure display (positive/negative), and water circulation system into one unit, with a separate water cooling tank design.

How To Replace The Heating ElementThe sealed top cover lifts mechanically and rotates 360°, providing full access while minimizing downtime.

1. Construction & Insulation

  • Body: CNC-processed steel with anti-oxidation coating (dual-color); double-layer air-cooled housing; 180° side-opening door
  • Lining: High-purity alumina fiber vacuum-formed panels; alumina hollow sphere boards in wear zones
  • Insulation: 4-layer thermal protection (fiber cotton, fiber board, polycrystalline board, imported materials)

2. Cooling System

  • Water Cooling: Applied to furnace mouth, door, and top; compatible with external chiller
  • External Shell Temp: <45°C during continuous use

3. Vacuum & Atmosphere Control

  • Vacuum Pump: Dual-stage rotary vane (standard)
  • Measurement: Analog gauge (-0.1MPa), optional digital display
  • Chamber Pressure Resistance: ±0.1MPa with 6–20mm steel shell
  • Gas Compatibility: H₂, N₂, Ar, CO, O₂, etc.
  • Gas Control: Stainless steel valves, dual flow meters (digital mass flow optional), pressure protection with alarms

  • Emergency exhaust valve for instant depressurization
  • 4-layer insulation ensures outer surface remains <45°C

9. Usage Notes
