Basic Parameters The GWDL-ZQLB series vacuum atmosphere box furnace integrates a complete temperature control system, vacuum chamber, vacuum pump, gas delivery system, pressure protection, gas flow control, pressure display (positive/negative), and water circulation system into one unit, with a separate water cooling tank design.
