Tungsten sheets are used as heating elements. The product adopts reliable integrated circuits, ensuring stable operation in good working environments with strong anti-interference capability. The outer shell temperature of the furnace is ≤40℃ even at the maximum temperature, significantly improving the working environment. It features microcomputer program control, programmable temperature curves, and fully automatic heating/cooling. Temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation, offering flexibility and simple operation.
The furnace chamber is made entirely of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material, which has high service temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, and excellent thermal insulation performance. It has a reasonable structure with inner and outer double-layer furnace sleeves and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test cycle.
