This anti-corrosion vacuum atmosphere furnace is specifically designed for aggressive or reactive material processing at high temperatures.Ideal for battery materials, halide-based compounds, solid-state electrolytes, and R&D applications requiring both high temperature and chemical resistance.

Heating Element Configuration:
- U-shaped silicon carbide (SiC) rods mounted on both sides, protected by alumina tubes.
- SiC rods are made from high-purity α-SiC, offering fast heating, high thermal efficiency, long lifespan, and resistance to deformation at high temperatures (up to 1500°C).
Furnace Body:
- CNC-machined, polished, acid-washed, phosphated, and powder-coated for durability.
- Dual-color design with anti-oxidation, acid/alkali resistance, and high-temperature stability.
- Double-layer air-cooled structure ensures safe operation.
Door Mechanism:
- 180° side-hinged opening to prevent arm exposure to high temperatures during loading/unloading.
Cooling System:
- Equipped with imported high-temperature water circulation pump (160°C resistant) and 304 stainless steel reservoir (150–200L capacity).
- Water-cooled sections: furnace mouth, door, and top.
- Multi-channel aluminum heat sink for efficient cooling.
Vacuum System:
- Dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with a vacuum range of -0.1 MPa (pointer gauge).
Pressure Resistance:
- 6–20 mm thick steel shell with double-sided welding, withstands ±0.1 MPa pressure.
Gas Control:
- Imported stainless steel valves, dual ball flow meters (upgradable to digital mass flow meters).
- Pressure protection: Electromechanical pressure sensor triggers alarms and vents excess pressure.

Usage Notes:
