Pressure Protection SystemPrevents dangers caused by closed furnace exhaust ports, blocked exhaust ports, or excessive furnace chamber pressure. Principle: Signals are obtained through an electric contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor, which drives the control module to close the electromagnetic gas inlet valve, start the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm, release pressure from the exhaust port, and trigger the sound and light alarm buzzer to ensure the normal operation of the electric furnace.
Gas Leak AlarmPrevents leakage according to the introduced atmosphere. Function: When the gas leak alarm detects that the content of toxic or hazardous gases in the (indoor) air exceeds a certain level, it drives the module to shut down the electric furnace and gas source inlet, and open the exhaust port and exhaust fan, thereby creating a safer working environment (to be selected by the customer).
