The GWDL-ZQLB series vacuum atmosphere box furnace integrates a complete temperature control system, vacuum chamber, vacuum pump, gas delivery system, pressure protection, gas flow control, pressure display (positive/negative), and water circulation system into one unit, with a separate water cooling tank design.

How To Replace The Heating ElementThe sealed top cover lifts mechanically and rotates 360°, providing full access while minimizing downtime.

Furnace Construction:
The furnace features a CNC-processed steel body with anti-oxidation coating (double-color design) and double-layer air-cooled structure. The 180° side-opening door mechanism provides easy access, while the refractory lining combines high-purity alumina fiber vacuum-formed panels with alumina hollow sphere boards in high-wear areas. The 4-layer insulation system incorporates alumina fiber cotton, alumina fiber board, alumina polycrystalline fiber board, and imported materials for optimal thermal efficiency.

Cooling System:
Key areas including the furnace mouth, door, and top are water-cooled (water chiller optional), maintaining an external temperature below 45°C during continuous operation. This ensures safe handling and long-term durability.

Vacuum & Atmosphere Control:
The system includes a dual-stage rotary vane pump (standard) with analog pressure gauge (-0.1MPa) and optional digital pressure display. The 6-20mm thick steel shell withstands ±0.1MPa pressure, supporting various gases (H₂, N₂, Ar, CO, O₂) through stainless steel valves and dual ball flow meters (digital mass flow meter optional). A comprehensive pressure protection system with alarms safeguards operations.

Safety Features:
Multiple protection mechanisms include: automatic shutdown and alarms for overpressure (>0.1MPa); optional toxic gas monitors (H₂/CO/O₂) for leak detection; dual-circuit protection for electrical components; emergency venting with auto-releasing exhaust valves; and 4-layer insulation maintaining safe exterior temperatures (<45°C).

Control System:
The advanced control system displays temperature, segment number, time remaining, power output, voltage and current. It offers flexible programming with 50-segment capacity (configurable as 1×50, 2×28, 3×15, or 5×9 segments) and supports PID/APID/MPT control modes with self-tuning. RS485 interface enables PC control and data logging over 1700m range.

The package includes 2 heating elements with mounts, furnace door insulation plug (for 1700°C+ models), crucible tongs, high-temperature gloves, user manual, certificate, and inspection report. The warranty covers 1 year for furnace (3 months for heating elements) with life-long maintenance support. Temperature ControllerStandard model includes 50-segment programmable temperature control. Optional upgrade to high-end imported controller (Model B). Either one can be selected.
Touch Screen7-inch display with user-friendly Chinese interface. Supports multiple heating profiles, storage of historical curves and data reports. Choose one of four options.
IoT InterfaceEquipped with RS485 communication port for real-time data read/write, including start, pause, stop, temperature curves, and timing control of the furnace.
Computer Control SystemIncludes both software and hardware. Enables computer-based control of furnace functions such as start/stop, temperature curve setting and reading, parameter adjustment, data logging (measured value, setpoint, output, segment time and number, temperature and power curves). Historical data can be filtered (1s to 1h) and stored long-term.
PLC Control SystemControlled via Siemens PLC. Enables read/write of operations including start, stop, temperature curves, timing, atmosphere control, flow rate, digital and analog I/O, power supply and output. Supports integration with upstream/downstream equipment.
