The 1200℃ vacuum atmosphere furnace has an adjustable heating rate of 1℃/h-40℃/min. It features a double-layer furnace shell combined with air cooling and water cooling, with the furnace body temperature ≤45℃. Equipped with RS485 and other interfaces, it is fully controlled by PLC, comes with multiple spare parts, and offers a one-year warranty, suitable for high-temperature treatment in various scenarios.

  2. Easy to operate, programmable with PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, and automatic cooling, no need for on-duty monitoring. It can be additionally equipped with computer communication to operate the furnace via computer (starting the furnace, stopping the furnace, pausing heating, setting heating curves, storing heating curves, historical curves, etc.).   4. Energy-saving (the furnace chamber is made of imported fiber, which is high-temperature resistant and can withstand rapid heating and cooling).
  5. The furnace body is finely spray-painted, resistant to corrosion and acid-base. The furnace body is isolated from the furnace chamber with air cooling, so the furnace wall temperature is close to room temperature.
  6. Dual-loop protection (overtemperature, overpressure, overcurrent, thermocouple breakage, power failure, etc.).
  7. The furnace chamber is made of imported refractory materials, with good thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to rapid cooling and heating.
