As shown in the figure, the high-temperature precision lifting furnace features a split design of the control system and the furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina fiber lightweight material.

  • It adopts 1600-type silicon carbide rods as heating elements; it is a specialized equipment developed for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of materials such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other compounds in laboratories of colleges and universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.
  • The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, control power switch, main heating start/stop buttons, voltage and current meters, and a computer interface for real-time monitoring of the system's working status. The product uses reliable integrated circuits, ensuring a good working environment and anti-interference performance. Even at the maximum temperature, the furnace shell temperature is ≤45℃, which significantly improves the working environment. It is controlled by a microcomputer program with programmable curves, enabling fully automatic heating/cooling. Temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation, making it flexible, convenient, and easy to operate.

ControlUses three sets of closed-loop thyristor module trigger control (phase-shift trigger mode). Output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable with constant voltage, current, or power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When the load is suddenly applied or exceeds the current limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated range to ensure normal operation of the output and regulator. The voltage loop also participates in regulation to maintain stable output current and voltage within the rated range, thus protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact and ensuring safe, reliable control and precision.
