The 1400℃ vacuum atmosphere elevator furnace is specifically designed for the sintering, debinding, and heat treatment of magnetic materials such as NdFeB and ferrite. Equipped with a fully automated PLC mechanical transmission system, the furnace ensures reliable and precise loading, lifting, and sealing operations.
Featuring six-point independent temperature control, the furnace achieves excellent uniformity (±5℃), which is critical for ensuring the consistency of magnetic properties such as coercivity (HcJ) and remanence (Br). With a large chamber size of 900×500×1200 mm and a loading capacity up to 3000 kg, it supports large-scale industrial production while lowering unit energy consumption.
The system integrates high vacuum (up to -0.095 MPa) and multi-atmosphere processing (N₂, Ar, H₂, CO, O₂), making it suitable for bright annealing, precision sintering, and binder removal. An automatic exhaust design ensures the safe removal of decomposition gases during debinding, maintaining a clean atmosphere and extending furnace service life.
