High-purity quartz furnace tube, with a temperature resistance up to 1100°C, is non-polluting and free from outgassing, making it highly suitable for the heating process of high-purity powder materials. The materials do not come into contact with any metal during heating or cooling, ensuring their high purity throughout the high-temperature process.
Dual furnace tubes with independent heating, heating section dimensions: φ420×404×7500mm, heating rate up to 20°C/min;
Three independent temperature zones, with temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, ensuring uniform heating of materials and preventing defects caused by thermal stress.
Cooling section length of 5 meters, wrapped with a water-cooled spray jacket around the furnace tube, enabling full cooling through circulating water. Achieves rapid cooling from high temperature to room temperature in just 10 minutes, significantly improving production efficiency with an output capacity of 25–35 kg per hour.
Both ends of the furnace tube are equipped with quartz glass protective covers for centralized dust collection, featuring a double-sealing structure to prevent the escape of hot air and dust.
