The medium frequency forging heating furnace is specially designed for continuous through-heating of round bars, square billets, and other shaped blanks made from steel (≥Φ12mm), stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other metals. It supports both overall heating and localized heating such as end heating, central section heating, etc.

  1. Wide Frequency Range (1–20 kHz)
    Frequency can be selected based on the bar diameter and material to achieve the best penetration and heating uniformity.
  2. Efficient Through-Heating Design
    The induction coil length ranges from 500 mm to 1 meter, allowing multiple bars to be heated at once, ensuring full and consistent temperature across the material.
  3. Continuous and Stable Heating Power
    1. The continuous feeding structure keeps the inductive load stable, avoiding the sharp fluctuation in power demand during single bar heating (from room temp to 1100 °C).
    2. Throughout the entire process, the system can operate at 85%+ rated power, maximizing energy utilization.
  4. Optimized for Non-Ferrous Metals
    With customized coil and capacitor designs, even for copper and aluminum, the actual power output can reach over 85% of rated capacity.

    1. Example: For copper heating, energy efficiency can reach 3.5 kg/kW·hour.
  5. Energy-Saving vs Thyristor Systems
    Compared to traditional thyristor-based MF power supplies, our IGBT-based design:
